1. Introduction

Welcome to Simple Business Startup (SBS). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services. By engaging with us, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Services Provided

Our Basic Package includes:

• 1 x 4-Page Website: A standard website with four pages (Home, About, Services, Contact).

• 1 Logo Design: A custom logo created for your business.

• 1 Google Business Setup: Creation and optimisation of your Google Business profile.

3. Package Pricing and Payment

• The Basic Package is priced at £299.00, which covers the design and setup of one 4-page website, one logo, and one Google Business profile.

• Payment must be made via bank transfer before any work commences. This is due to the exceptionally low price of the package, which is offered at a discounted rate.

• Additional services or changes beyond the scope of the Basic Package will incur extra fees. These changes include, but are not limited to, modifications to the website, logo revisions, or additional features.

4. Revisions and Additional Work

• The Basic Package includes one design per element (website, logo, Google Business profile). Any further revisions or additional requests will be charged separately.

• Fees for additional work will be communicated and agreed upon before commencing.

5. Deliverables

• Website: The 4-page website will be designed based on the initial specifications provided. Any additional pages or features requested after the initial design will be subject to extra charges.

• Logo Design: You will receive one logo design. Revisions beyond the initial design are not included in the Basic Package and will incur additional costs.

• Google Business Setup: The setup will include basic information and optimisation. Further enhancements or ongoing management of the Google Business profile will be available at an additional cost.

6. Client Responsibilities

• Provide all necessary information and materials required for the completion of the services.

• Ensure timely feedback and approval of designs to avoid delays.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

• Once payment is made and work has commenced, no refunds will be issued.

• You may cancel the service at any time before work begins, but any initial payment will be non-refundable.

8. Intellectual Property

• Upon full payment, you will own the rights to the final website, logo design, and Google Business setup.

• We retain the right to use samples of your work in our portfolio and for marketing purposes.

9. Liability

• While we strive to provide high-quality services, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of our services or the content of the final products.

10. Data Protection

• We are committed to protecting your personal data. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions

• We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services signifies acceptance of the revised terms.

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
